Barack Obama to Appear on "SNL"
Multiple news organizations are reporting that Barack Obama will appear on the season premiere of Saturday Night Live.
The show's first episode of the season will be hosted by eight-time Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps, who will likely begin his opening monologue after Obama kicks off the show by kicking it over to him.
This will be Obama's second appearance on the show - the first being when he was at a Halloween party at Hillary Clinton's house in November of 2007. During this sketch, there was a man wearing an Obama mask and talking to both the Clintons. Then, the mask was removed to reveal that it was Obama.
A rep from the Obama campaign said that the Illinois Senator's sketch is still being worked out, which may come alongside Tina Fey, who is currently in talks with the show to appear as Sarah Palin in at least one sketch.
