The Beautiful Life Cancelled After Just 2 Episodes
After just two episodes, the CW has decided to cancel their new show "The Beautiful Life"
The CW has decided to cut "The Beautiful Life: TBL" after its first two episodes.
The show, produced by Ashton Kutcher, starred Mischa Barton and Sara Paxton, was a drama about life in the modeling world of New York City.
According to the LA Times online, the show had only 1.5 million viewers tuned into the premiere and the audience dropped down to 1 million for the second episode. Now the CW plans to play "Melrose Place" reruns in the Wednesday 9 p.m. timeslot until a new show can replace it.
MSNBC reports that the CW is looking at some new reality shows to air, including "Fly Girls," which is about life as a Virgin airline attendant, and a real-life "Gossip Girl" show about Tinsley Mortimer, a Manhattan socialite and fashion entrepreneur.
