Apparently it is possible to get too much of a good thing, even when that thing is the unbelievably beautiful Megan Fox.
Several men's websites have declared a temporary ban on the "Transformers" actress, claiming that she has been overexposed.
Asylum, an AOL blog geared towards men, has dubbed August 4th "A Day Without Megan Fox." Since then, websites like AskMen, The Bachelor Guy and the Boobie Blog have joined the ban, according to All Headline News.
"Listen, we love Megan," Eric Rogell of TheBachelorGuy.com said in an interview with the New York Daily News. "She's responsible for driving more eyeballs to our sitesjust by getting photographed walking down the street in a white T-shirtthan any other celeb alive. [But] it's time to give another young actress a shot at the attention."
AskMen.com editor James Bassil seconded the need to get some relief from the oppressive coverage of the starlet.
"We're joining in the media blackout and giving our readers a one-day reprieve from the woman we've been drowning in all summer," he said.
One day is fine, but let's just hope the blackout doesn't run much longer than that. She is Megan Fox after all.
