Beckhams Get Welcome Bash
Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes throw a party for newly arrived Brits.
The critics may have ravaged Victoria Beckham's reality TV special and turned an indifferent shoulder to the arrival of the former Posh Spice and her soccer star husband David Beckham, but the British celebs have a few allies in their new country. Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, good friends of the Beckhams, will be throwing a welcome to America bash for them with a little help from fellow Scientologists Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, according to the Monsters & Critics website.
The Beckhams landed at the Los Angeles airport last Thursday with their three sons, Brooklyn (8), Romeo (4), and Cruz (2). The Beckham family is making itself at home in their new mansion while David preps for his American soccer debut with the L.A. Galaxy.
