Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner's New Child

Jennifer Garner had the couple's second child Tuesday, January 6, the San Francisco Chronicle reports. Representatives of the two report that both Jennifer and her new daughter are both doing well.

The new baby girl will be little sister to the couple's first born daughter, Violet, who is now three.

The specific details of the birth have not yet been released, nor has the name of the child. It is reported though that Affleck plans to choose a traditional name his new daughter, as he opposes the Hollywood trend of choosing more outlandish names.

Garner and Affleck met when they costarred in Daredevil, and began dating in 2004. The two were married in June 2005, and Garner gave birth to their first daughter in December of that year.

Garner's last film was in 2007 when she acted in Juno. Affleck recently assumed the role of director for the first time in his film, Gone Baby Gone.
