Bethenny Frankel is getting married

Bethenny Frankel is going to become a real housewife.

Frankel's rep confirmed to Usmagazine.com that the Real Housewives of New York star is going to marry her beau of eight months, Jason Hoppy.

"I can confirm Bethenny and Jason are in love and plan on getting married. So I guess this is the starter ring," the rep said.

A source told Us Weekly that the ring Frankel was spotted wearing over the weekend in Miami is not the engagement ring, but a "promise ring" as he is "hunting for the ring."

The source did confirm there is a proposal on the way for the 38-year-old.

At an event in The Hamptons, Frankel said, "I'm in love. I'm pretty much certain I'm going to spend the rest of my life with him … I'm really happy."
