Beyonce Cancels Show
Malaysia is not ready for Beyonce's jelly, her body's to bootylicious for them. The former Destiny's Child singer has canceled what was supposed to be her first concert in Malaysia. According to E! News, The country has a super strict dress code for female performers, based on the Muslim background of the country. Under the dress code female performers are not permitted to wear anything from above the chest to the knees, which leaves out pretty much everything currently in her closet. Protesters were against the show taking place, however, the official reason for canceling the show was a scheduling conflict.
"It is with regret that we announce the cancellation of the Beyonce Experience. It was to mark the very first time the performer would bring her show to Malaysia," the concert promoter Pineapple Concerts released in a statement. The singer is not the only one who has had problems with the new dress code, Gwen Stefani conformed to the dress code for her concert in August for the fans. The Pussycat Dolls were fined for wearing clothing against the dress code.
