Beyonce to Guest Judge 'X Factor'?

Pop star Beyoncé has sworn that she will be taking a six-month break from music to relax and enjoy life with her family, especially husband rapper Jay –Z.

However, it seems as though her words will be revoked relatively soon.

Fresh off the heels of her performance during the “Help for Haiti” telethon on Friday night, the singer is reportedly going to be a guest judge on the hit British show, The X Factor.

If all goes according to some elaborate blueprints drawn up by creator, producer and judge on the show Simon Cowell, the pop diva will definitely grace the show with her presence.

This appearance would make Beyoncé the third pop star to serve on the judges’ panel, the other two being Cheryl Cole and Dannii Minogue. (For those who don’t know, she is Kylie’s sister.)

A source states, “Simon leaves nothing to chance and is planning for the future already. He wants to bring in Beyoncé. And what Simon wants, Simon gets. Expect Beyoncé on the panel. Nothing has been confirmed yet because the deal hasn’t been sealed . . . but she’ll be there in some form.”

Adds the source, “It’s difficult to get A-listers to commit to a six-month slot as a full judge, but a fortnight is a lot simpler. Simon wants to extend the mentoring to the judging panel so you get to hear what the stars really think.”

More complications have arisen though, as Cole herself may leave the talent show at the end of its next season, to pursue motherhood or bigger dreams for her career.

We’ll just have to stay tuned to see if the Queen Bey graces the panel.
