Beyonce Speaks About SNL Skit with Timberlake

The singer said her skit on "Saturday Night Live" with Justin Timberlake, in which the former N'Sync-er dresses up as one of Beyonce's backup dancers, made it "difficult not to laugh."

Pop singer and actress Beyonce said she was initially hesitant about doing a skit for Saturday Night Live where she was scheduled to be a musical guest, but that the involvement of singer Justin Timberlake is what convinced the former Destiny's Child singer to do it, according to OK! Magazine.

"Justin actually came by, he just so happened to be in town," Beyonce said. "They talked to me about this skit. And I said, you know I'm not sure if I want to do it because I have to hone in on my performance, but the moment they called and said Justin Timberlake is going to be a part of this, I said I have to do this. He is hilarious, I'm so grateful, we had the best time, it was so difficult to not laugh."

Beyonce was on the show to promote her new album, I Am . . . Sasha Fierce. Timberlake performed as one of the backup dancers in the music video for the first single of the album, "Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It)."

"I still can't believe he did that. He was incredible," Beyonce said. "We rehearsed it two times. He picked up the choreography. He has this photographic memory. He could probably kill it if he wanted to."

I Am . . . Sasha Fierce hit stores earlier this week.
