Beyonce's mother designed daughter's wedding dress [Video]

Back in her Destiny's Child days, Beyonce's mother designed the girls' costumes. And it looks like Tina Knowles is B's designer of choice.

Celebrity Bride Guide reported Beyonce's trumpet style wedding gown was designed by none other than her mother.

Glimpses of the gown can be seen in her new music video for "I Was Here," released Thursday.

The pregnant superstar's stylist, Ty Hunter, confirmed the design rumors, according to Us Weekly.

The magazine also reported Tina and daughter have their own clothing company called House of Dereon. The brand is slowly creating a strong name for itself, showing at London Fashion Week this past September.

Tina also created an affordable Wal-Mart line called Miss Tina this year.

Her strapless bridal gown for the 30-year-old featured a lot of ruching details, a sweetheart neckline, and a long flowing train.

And while the creation was one-of-a-kind, it's not the only time a celebrity has walked down the aisle in a gown made by their parents.

This past summer, Dylan's Candy Bar owner Dylan Lauren said "I do" in a gown made by her famous fashion designer father, Ralph Lauren.

But Tina's job is probably a little more impressive, after all she doesn't have the resume of a high-end designer and was still able to get the job done. Check out B's dress in the video below.
