Bianca's got talent
Eleven-year-old Bianca Ryan won the "America's Got Talent" title on the competition show's season finale Thursday night, taking home $1,000,000 and edging out other finalist acts including a juggling duo and a rapping grandmother.
Ryan was a favorite of both the fans and the judges, winning them over with her remarkable voice. After her performance Wednesday night, judge Piers Morgan predicted, "I think you're going to win this competition."
"You all right? Bianca, how do you feel darling? You OK?" host Regis Philbin asked the emotional preteen after she was announced as the winner.
"Oh my god, I don't even know!" Ryan replied tearfully.
Ryan owes her victory to the viewers, who gave her the highest tallies through phone and text message voting.
The second season of "America's Got Talent," masterminded by "American Idol" judge Simon Cowell, begins in January.
