The Michael Jackson tribute concert, called Michael Forever, being held in Cardiff, Wales is just a few weeks away, and names are still being added to the star-studded list of performers. Today, it was announced that the Black Eyed Peas and Jennifer Hudson are joining that list.

According to MTV News, front man Will.i.am, who actually worked with Jackson just before the "King of Pop’s" death in 2009, released a statement saying that the show is going to be a great tribute. “Remember that Michael's music, his great, great songs, have been an inspiration to my whole life and certainly formed the soundtrack to my childhood,” he added.

The Associated Press reports that the show is not sanctioned by Jackson’s estate, but his mother Katherine and other relatives will attend. Siblings Janet, Jermaine and Randy have complained about the timing, which is during Dr. Conrad Murray’s trial in Jackson’s death.

The show will be hosted by actor Jamie Foxx with Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Leona Lewis, Ne-Yo, Craig David, Pixie Lott, Alexandra Burke, Alien Ant Farm and Smokey Robinson all slated to perform. It is scheduled for Oct. 8.
