Black Eyed Peas Win Big at AMAs
Five different acts take home at least two awards from American Music Awards.
The Black Eyed Peas were the top winners at last night's American Music Awards, taking home three awards, including favorite hip-hop album.
Others winning two awards include the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Kelly Clarkson, Mary J. Blige, and Rascal Flatts.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers won for best pop/rock band. Clarkson won for best pop/rock female and best adult contemporary artist. Rascal Flatts won for best country music group.
Britney Spears was a surprise presenter at the awards, giving the award to Mary J. Blige for best female R & B artist.
Beyonce, The Pussycat Dolls, Nelly Furtado, Gwen Stefani, Jay-Z, and Lionel Richie all performed at the award show.
