Blink 182/Weezer Tour Dates Confirmed
Weezer announced their new summer tour dates with Blink 182.
The tour starts on August 23 in Toronto's Molson Amphitheater, and ends on September 17 at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre in Irvine, Calif.
The dates are, for the most part finalized, but a posting on Weezer.com noted that the Washington, D.C. date may not happen.
Tickets are not on sale yet but will be soon.
Weezer is a Grammy-winning rock band formed in Los Angeles. Their singles: "Undone (Sweater Song)," "Say It Ain't So," and "Beverly Hills" gained success when released to MTV.
Weezer recently released The Red Album, and will be promoting it during their new tour.
Blink 182 is working on a new album, and announced their reunion after a four-year hiatus. They also have another tour with Fall Out Boy, Chester French, and Asher Roth.
Blink 182 won Best Rock Act at the 2001 MTV Europe Music Awards, and they won Best Group Video for "All the Small Things" at the 2000 MTV Music Video Awards in the United States.
