Bobby Brown announces birth of fifth child
During a performance at Rok nightclub in Las Vegas on Wednesday night, Bobby Brown announced that his manager/girlfriend Alicia Etheridge has given birth to his newborn son, Cassius, reports the San Francisco Chronicle. "I just had a baby. Four days agomy son Cassius," Brown said as indicated by TMZ.com.
Brown and Etheridge have been together since Whitney Houston and Brown ended their marriage in 2006. Brown has four other children from former relationships, including one with Houston.
With Brown's four other children, Landon, LaPrincia, Bobbi, and Bobby Brown Jr., little Cassius will be added to Brown's already large family.
According to E! Online, Brown may be attempting to steal the lime-light from Houston, being that Houston announced the release date of her new album in seven years.
After calls for details about the birth of his son, Brown's rep did not return messages right away, as stated by msnbc.com.
