Boreanaz Sickness Halts "Bones"
A possible swine flu (H1N1) outbreak in the United States hit the set of "Bones" on Monday. Production for the Fox comedy-drama was shut down for one day.
David Boreanaz was sick with symptoms of the H1N1 virus.
"Bones" creator Hart Hanson tweeted "First time in 'Bones' history we are shut down from production". He also wrote "Damn swine flu! That's gonna cut into Christmas hiatus."
The production of "Bones" was shut down because Boreanaz was in every scene but was out because of his flu symptoms.
It is unclear as of now if Boreanaz is suffering from the swine flu and how he became ill. But the "Bones" star is expected back at work on Tuesday.David Boreanaz plays Seeley Booth on the Fox show "Bones".
Boreanaz is not the only star to be connected with the swine flu, Brian Littrell from the Backstreet Boys has also been diagnosed with the H1N1 virus.
