Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie Desing Own Collection of Jewelry

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie design jewelry to raise awareness for Children of Conflict.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt completed a collection of jewelry for Asprey, reported Us Magazine.

According to the magazine Jolie and Pitt were inspired by the snake when designing the jewels. The project which lasted more than a year was inspired by a snake-shaped ring that was given to her while pregnant with Shiloh. The reptile is now considered by Jolie a protector of the family.

The couple's collection is called The Protector and will be sold at Asprey stores in the major cities of London, New York, Beverly Hills, Dubai and Tokyo.

Prices for the collection items start at $525 for a silver baby spoon.

Proceeds from the sales will go toward Education Partnership for Children of Conflict, organization which raises awareness and funds to educate children who are victims of war and natural disasters, co-founded by Jolie in 2006.

In 1996 Pitt collaborated with Damiani, Italian jeweler, to design an engagement ring for Gwyneth Paltrow and later in 2000 once again Pitt and Damiani collaborated to design a pair of wedding bands for his marriage to Jennifer Aniston.
