Brad Pitt Never Saw This Coming

Movie haulted a few days before it was set to film.

One can only imagine what the process of getting ready to shoot a movie is like, but one can seldom imagine one of the biggest movies of your life being pulled from filming. Well that's what happened to mega star Brad Pitt.

It was just days before Pitt was supposed to begin filming the Steven Soderbergh baseball drama, "Moneyball," and Columbia pictures pulled the plug, according to reports.

Also according to hollywoodreporter.com, it is very rare that they would pull the plug this close to production, but sources are stating that Columbia's co-chair Amy Pascal wasn't comfortable with the script anymore. Also according to sources, the script had been changed many times since the movie was given a go.

The decision was made Friday. Also according to hollywoodreporter.com, Pitt and comedian Demetri Martin were the major actors cast, with other roles to be played by actual baseball players. Soderbergh also shot interviews with real baseball figures, which were going to be interspersed between the narratives. One can be certain that no one saw this one coming.
