BREAKING: Lance Armstrong, Sheryl Crow split
The cyclist and singer are calling off their engagement after two years together.
He may wear the yellow jacket, but that doesn't make him first in love.
Tour de France champ Lance Armstrong and Grammy award-winning singer Sheryl Crow told "People Magazine" today they are splitting up, calling it "a very tough decision."
The couple met in 2003 and became engaged last fall in Sun Valley, Idaho. Crow was seen at several of Lance's races and sported his trademark yellow color last summer when Armstrong retired. They had planned to marry near their shared Austin ranch sometime this year. Crow had reportedly even tried on a number of wedding dresses when rumors surfaced in December that the engagement would not go through as planned.
