Breast Cancer Tests Continue

I said I would update you all when I had the recheck on my right breast. They decided to do a complete mammogram again instead of just the one. Nothing has changed - it has not grown. So I go back to yearly exams.

It is good to have a mammogram if for no other reason to have peace of mind and know you can catch any change early.

While sitting at the breast cancer center I picked up a Good Housekeeping with an article about a woman who was so thankful to have caught her breast cancer very early.

So let me take this column to urge all you women to make sure you get a mammogram. You want to keep what you have.
