Brit Morgan Draws ‘True Blood’
The last new cast member joining HBO’s vampire drama True Blood has finally been chosen.
Actress Brit Morgan, who starred on the ABC Family science fiction dramedy The Middlemen, has won the role of Debbie Pelt on the Alan Ball-created vampire drama.
According to an article on HollywoodReporter.com, “Debbie is Alcide's (Joe Mangiello) ex-girlfriend who doesn't like Sookie (Anna Paquin) much. Except for Denis O'Hare, Ball went with largely little-known actors for the new cast additions to True Blood this season.’”
Morgan’s previous credits include appearing on an episode of the ABC Family dramedy Greek, the CBS police drama CSI: NY, which stars Academy Award nominated actor Gary Sinise and Daytime Emmy Award winning actress Melina Kanakaredes, for her role on the CBS daytime drama Guiding Light and the CBS police drama Cold Case.
