Britney Won't Tour Without Kids

Britney may cancel her comeback tour if the kids can't come along

Sources have informed TMZ that the reinstated princess of pop, Britney Spears, will cancel her upcoming tour if the lawyers of ex-husband Kevin Federline continue to block an agreement that allows her to take her kids on the road with her.

The plan that was privately agreed to by Britney, her father, Jamie Spears, and Federline was to have three "home bases" in New Jersey, Los Angeles and New Orleans. Sean, 3, and Jayden, 2, would stay in one of those places at all times. Britney would commute back and forth while doing concerts in each region.

But when Federline's lawyers found out about the agreement, they were angry and thinking that Jamie Spears had gone behind their backs. TMZ updated the article this morning, noting that Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, says that neither he nor Kevin want to interfere with Britney's career and thinks that they'll work out a plan, despite the original disagreement.

Britney's tour, "The Circus Starring Britney Spears," is due to kick off March 3 in New Orleans.
