Britney's Dad Claims Harassment by Ex-Friends
Britney's dad Jamie Spears is concerned about his older daughter's well being. This makes sense, as he is not only her father, but also the conservator of her affairs.
In keeping with these duties, he has obtained new restraining orders against three people that he believes are working together to disrupt the path of wellness that Britney is currently on, according to People.com.
Ex-manager Sam Lutfi, paparazzo ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib and lawyer Jon Eardley are the men affected by these orders. In the past, Lutfi and Ghalib were continuously reported as being bad influences in the singer's life.
The Associated Press reports that the documents written by Spears and his lawyers state that the three men are trying to gain control of Britney's affairs. Eardley even once claimed to be Britney's lawyer and tried to get her conservatorship case into federal court.
Previously, Spears did not renew a temporary restraining order against Lutfi upon its expiration.
A hearing on the matter is set for February 23.
