Britney's Family Gearing Up for Her New Tour

According to People Magazine, the family of pop star Britney Spears is anxious about her upcoming "Circus" tour, which starts in New Orleans at the New Orleans Arena on Tuesday.

Spears's aunt, Linda Ann Brandon-Kjos, said, "I am so excited for her, and I wish I could be there, all the family is there and supporting her. I'm sure that she is going to be just fine. I think it is going to be something really special."

Sources say that the tour will include a three-ring circus set up, complete with magic tricks.

Spears, 27, spent the weekend with family in Kentwood, La. The set list of the New Orleans show is a mix of old and new songs. A short preview of the concert has been posted on Spears's Web site.

Spears was also recently named as the new marketing face of Candie's.

A family friend told People that there is some apprehension to Britney retaking the stage. "[Her family] is worried that this might be too much pressure for her. Is it too soon? It wasn't that long ago that she was falling apart and now the pressure is on and it's a lot."

The effects of the pressure on Britney remain to be seen, but whatever the result, many will see it, as tickets have sold very quickly.
