Brody Jenner's BFF, Frankie Delgado, engaged

The Hills are alive with sound of wedding bells, and we’re not talking about Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt.

People magazine reported Brody Jenner’s Prince of Malibu pal and right-hand man, Frankie Delgado, popped the question to girlfriend, now fiancée Jennifer Acosta.

And like any great friend, Jenner excitedly broke the news of Delgado’s engagement on Twitter Thursday.

"I would like to be the first one to announce this: Frankie is engaged! Congrats to my brother,” he wrote.

According to Us Weekly, the 30-year-old asked Acosta to be his wife on Valentine’s Day while the two were vacationing in celebrity hot spot Cab San Lucas, Mexico.

The next day he, Jenner, and other pal Evan Ross celebrated the great news at Beacher’s Madhouse at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.

A source told the magazine that news of the engagement went public at 1 a.m. at the club on Thursday when “a guy on the microphone” announced the news with a congratulatory message.

The crowd was heard cheering “We love you, Frankie!” for 15 minutes after the announcement.

Delgado isn’t the only MTV reality star who is preparing to tie the knot. Jenner’s ex-girlfriend, Kristin Cavallari, is also set to walk down the aisle with her fiancé, Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, after she gives birth to their child later this year.
