Brown Wants People to Hear His Story

Bobby Brown wrote his new tell-all book so that the public would hear his story.

Bobby Brown has decided that America needs to know the truth about his life and his marriage to Whitney Houston. E! News reports that in his new tell-all book, Brown reveals that Houston fueled his drug problems and used him to clean up her image.

On Thursday, the New York Post published leaked excerpts from Brown's book, Bobby Brown: The Truth, the Whole Truth and Nothing But.... These excerpts included Brown's claims that, "I never used cocaine until after I met Whitney. Before then, I had experimented with other drugs, but marijuana was my drug of choice."

Houston, who was married to Brown for 14 years, has decided not to make any comment on the book. She feels she must take the high road for their daughter. Brown, on the other hand, really felt that he needed to tell his story to the public.

The book deals with more than just his marriage to Houston. It talks about his time in boy band New Edition, his many sexual exploits, and his drug problems. It will be released on June first.
