Browns Coordinator Says Bengals Missed Field Goal

The Associated Press reports Cleveland Browns defensive coordinator Rob Ryan says Cincinnati Bengals kicker Shayne Graham missed the game-winning 31-yard field goal in overtime last Sunday. Without being asked about the kick, Ryan spoke out, insinuating the referees made the incorrect call.
According to the New York Times, the kick looks wide from a video on NFL.com. Ryan said he did not want to directly say the officials blew the call because he does not want to be fined by the NFL.
The Chronicle-Telegram states that kicks over the uprights, like the one by Shayne Graham, cannot be reviewed by officials. Perhaps the NFL competition committee needs to look into this matter.
