Buying and selling homes seems to be a continuous trend for those in the entertainment industry. Bruce Willis is the next man to get in on the action.
The Die Hard star has just put his Idaho home on the market. Willis is asking $15 million for the home that sits on 20 acres of land and also includes a guesthouse, gym, and pool with water slides.
Now why put such a wonderful piece of real estate up for sale? According to Yahoo! OMG! Willis just hasn’t been able to spend enough time there.
But wait, that’s not the only property Willis is trying to get rid of. Last year the actor put The Mint Bar and nightclub in Hailey on the market for $6 million. Idaho Mountain Express reported that the price has now dropped to just under $4.5 million.
Bruce and former wife Demi Moore used to entertain dozens of Hollywood stars at The Mint as well as the Dynamite Lounge in Ketchum in the '90s.
While it may seem as if Willis is selling every piece of property that he owns, fear not. The actor is still holding on to the ski area, Soldier Mountain, located just west of Hailey.
