Bruce WIllis puts house up for sale for $1.5 million

American actor Bruce Willis has decided to sell his home for a nice chunk of change.

The Die Hard series star is hoping to get $1.5 million for his house in Idaho.

According to Us Magazine, the house is 20 acres complete with six bedrooms, a gym, ponds, streams, and pool that wouldn’t be complete without waterslides and a rope swing. The mansion is often referred to as the “Idaho Mountain Express.”

Willis explained that he doesn’t spend much time in Idaho and doesn’t see a need to keep the property. He bought the house about 10 years ago, in 2001, just a year after he and Demi Moore divorced.

In addition, the 56-year-old is also trying to sell The Mint bar and nightclub in Idaho. Although previously listed for $6 million, he lowered the asking price to $4.5 million, reports USA Today.

While it appears as though Willis is trying to rid himself of most properties in the Idaho region, he is still the owner of a ski area called Solder Mountain, just west of Hailey, Idaho, and not too far from where the other estates reside.
