Bush Cuts Some Troops but Sends Others

President Geogre W. Bush moves around some troops before exiting his presidency.

According to Bloomberg.com, "President George W. Bush said he'll withdraw as many as 8,000 troops from Iraq by February and simultaneously send additional forces to Afghanistan."
Bush will give the speech at the National Defense University in Washington. It has been bandied about that the president thinks this action could be the last important decision he will make before his tenure as President George W. Bush concludes.
