Demi Moore has been on a downward spiral ever since her recent separation from Ashton Kutcher, and now a 911 call from her home is about to be released to the media.

Philly.com reports that the call was made earlier this week, and that The Los Angeles Times states that it was recommended by L.A. city attorneys that the call be edited to obey federal privacy laws, for example, any personal medical information.

Entertainment Weekly reports that spokesman for the attorneys office, Frank Mateljan, spoke with The L.A. Times and that the recommendations were made after full review of the call.

The call was made on Monday night when Moore was allegedly having a "girls night" with a few friends. The actress starting shaking and had a seizure. Reports state that it could have been do to a prescription drug she was using that also could have been a contributing factor to her break-up with Kutcher.

Moore's publicist made a statement about her recent imbalance saying that Moore is in fact seeking professional help to get herself back on the right track.
