Victoria Beckham named worst dressed celeb of 2007.

Posh Spice, aka: Victoria Beckham, received top "honors" as the most un-posh of 2007. Self-appointed fashion police Mr. Blackwell put Beckham at the top of his Worst Dressed Women of 2007 list, E! News reported.

Some fans look to Posh as a fashion icon, while Blackwell, according to FabSugar.com, said of the Spice Girl, "In one skinny-mini monstrosity after another, pouty 'Posh' can really wreck 'em."

Blackwell has been policing fashion since the 1950's. His Worst Dressed List is in its 48th year. And 2007 was the worst of the years yet according to Blackwell, reported Reuters.com. Blackwell commented that it "was one of the most disastrous fashion years in recent memory."

Also at the top of the list, Amy Whinehouse at number two and Mary-Kate Olsen landed at the three spot.

Surprisingly not included on the list? The train wreck of 2007, Britney Spears.
