Cameron Diaz is a ‘Romantic’ Who Isn’t Afraid to Elope

Perhaps this is good news for Diaz’s current beau Alex Rodriguez. The two have been linked together after being seen flirting a Super Bowl party back in February.

The 37-year-old actress has yet to get hitched but she isn’t afraid to take that long walk down the aisle.

“The mystique and the romance of a big wedding are lost on me. I don’t think that I could ever do something that extravagant,” she revealed to Parade. “I am not much of a planner. I would probably make the phone call 20 minutes before the bus leaves for the chapel and ask if anyone is available to come. That’s probably how my wedding is going to end up.”

According to Us Weekly, it’s that easygoing attitude that won over A-Rod in the first place. The magazine is reporting that his last relationship with Kate Hudson ended because she always wanted to be on camera. Even though she is dating a professional athlete she is not up for all the games in her love life.

“I think that the rules in relationships are: no tricks, honesty, communication, treat people the way that you want to be treated, unconditional love,” she told Parade. “Those are the things that I think are important. But, you know rules are meant to be broken."
