Cameron Wants another "Titanic" Sized Movie

With a colossal budget the size of the actual Titanic ship, director James Cameron wants another huge explosion of his next movie, Avatar.

His latest movie, a science fiction thriller, “Avatar” has something for everyone. There is love, there is action, and there are blue aliens. With the monster-sized budget he used to make the film, Cameron is looking to have the same kind of results as he did for his Titanic. In case you were under a rock some 12 years ago, Titanic won a whopping 11 Academy Awards, including best picture and best director. The colossal heavyweight also made a killing at the box office with $1.8 billion worldwide.

Avatar has been in the works as early as 1994, but Cameron hopes that it will push the limits on the latest digital film making techniques as well as the latest 3-D features.
