Campbell Sued Over Fragrance Deal

Supermodel Naomi Campbell sued over breach of contract

Supermodel Naomi Campbell, who's been in trouble with the law before, is now involved in yet another legal matter.

Moodform Mission, a fragrance and cosmetics company that helped Campbell develop a series of fragrances, is suing the model for breach of contract.

According to the company, they received regular payments from Campbell over a seven-year span, which was part of the written contract between both parties, but that she suddenly stopped all communications with them last year. As a result, they claim that Campbell has made millions of dollars in profits from her fragrances (Naomi Campbell, Seductive Elixir, and Cat Deluxe) without properly compensating Moodform Mission.

In court documents filed with the New York State Supreme Court on Monday, Moodform Mission claims it helped the supermodel "conceptualize, create, develop, and market" the fragrances over the years.

Campbell's publicist stated that Campbell "categorically denies the allegations made by Moodform Mission."
