Carrie Underwood and her new husband Mike Fisher were spotted jetting off to their honeymoon at Los Angeles’ LAX airport on July 11, the day after their wedding.

The duo exchanged vows in front of more than 200 guests in Greensboro, Georgia, in a ceremony that is expected to have cost up to $500,000. According to Usmagazine.com, a source revealed that the two are on their way to Bora Bora and Tahiti to celebrate the nuptials.

Underwood has said that while she was responsible for planning the wedding, Fisher was to plan the honeymoon. Shortly before the wedding, Underwood admitted that she still didn't know where they were going.

They become engaged after a year of dating when Fisher proposed last December with a 12-carat ring worth close to $800,000.

For the ceremony Underwood, 27, donned a Chantilly lace Monique Lhuillier gown to wed the Ottawa Senators player, 30.

The couple released a statement to the public after the nuptials, “We could not feel more blessed to have found each other and to have shared this day with our friends and family that mean so much to us!" They signed it "Mike & Carrie Fisher."
