The Case Against Al Gore is Dropped

Thank goodness he was innocent

Another politician is seemingly off the hook for a sexual harassment allegation. The suspect, former Vice President, Al Gore, was suspected of sexually abusing a professional massage therapist at Portland’s Hotel Lucia. As of Friday however, the case has been dropped -- and for good reason.

Molly Hagerty told the National Enquirer that she was “shaking and in shock,” and “rushed down the hall and to the lobby where the front desk clerk noticed she was upset and asked if she was OK.” However, if that doesn’t convince you of her guilt, maybe a failed polygraph test will do the trick. Done and done.

The holes in her story multiplied after eyewitnesses told the police they did not remember hearing or seeing anything unusual at the hotel. Perhaps a red headed woman fleeing the building would be deemed abnormal. Contrary to her accusations against the politician, Hagerty also did not report Gore to the hotel, but rather thanked them for the business referrals. Not surprising, pants retained by Hagerty were negative for seminal fluid.

Wonder how much the National Enquirer paid her for that tid bit.
