Kidman's first ceremony wasn't performed in a Catholic church, so her marriage to Keith Urban is A-OK.

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban recently married in a Catholic church, causing rumors to circulate that she and Tom Cruise had their marriage annulled.
However, it turns out the Catholic Church simply didn't honor their first marriage because the ceremony was conducted by the Church of Scientology.
Father Paul Coleman, the priest who married Kidman and Urban, said that "the Catholic Church sets down requirements to have a valid Catholic marriage," and that Kidman's first nuptials didn't fulfill them.
He also referred to the wedding as a spiritual homecoming for renewed Catholic Kidman.
