Charlie Sheen Faces Court for Domestic Violence Again

Charlie Sheen to be charged.

Charlie Sheen repeats his past mistakes and is looking to face court on Feb. 8 to lift a protection order from current wife, Brooke Mueller.

Sheen, 44, best known for his playboy character on Two and a Half Men, was charged with a domestic felony for threatening Mueller with a knife and allegedly beating her in 2009. According to TMZ, Sheen did it out of self-defense.

Sheen’s lawyer did not comment on his current status.

Mueller, 29, suffers from pneumonia, making it hard for her to breathe, was in an intensive care in Los Angles and have shown signs of slow recovery. Doctors claimed that this is due to high stress level and the incident in 2009 is a supplementary factor in this.

In addition, with Sheen’s past domestic violence record with ex-wife Denise Lee Richards, a former model and an actress in Valentine and Scary movie 3, Sheen’s chance of lifting the protection order are looking ill.

On the day of the hearing, Sheen’s lawyer will speak on his behalf to lift the protection order, and Mueller’s lawyer will speak for a permanent protection order against Sheen.
