Charlie Sheen fights for custody of twins

His attorney will appear in court today

Charlie Sheen's attorney will appear in court today in an attempt to gain custody of his two-year-old twins, Bob and Max.

According to PopEater the actor's estranged wife Brooke Mueller entered a rehabilitation facility over the weekend following an alleged week-long drug binge. Reports have revealed that Mueller, who has custody of the twins, apparently entered the establishment as a precautionary step in case Sheen's representatives ask for a drug test.

This, however, seems to be just the tip of the iceberg for Brooke, who, as reported by TMZ last Thursday, was captured on the surveillance tape of an Inglewood, CA. pawnshop trying to sell a watch and a stereo.

Shop worker, Jack Feldman, told TMZ that she was unable to complete the transaction after she was unable to provide valid identification.
