Charlie Sheen Requests Permission to See His Wife

After the Christmas Day disturbance between Charlie Sheen and his wife, Brooke Mueller, you would think that the best thing for both of them would be to stay away from each other. But recent reports say that Sheen has requested a judge to change an order of protection so that he can visit and care for his wife in the hospital.

Mueller was admitted to Sherman Oaks Hospital on Tuesday with a severe fever following oral surgery. And though Sheen stayed only a short time with her at the hospital, he was very concerned.

This modification in his restraining order is only temporary, however, and decisions will be made concerning what is next for the couple when they make a court appearance. Though this is supposed to happen on Friday in Aspen, representatives for Mueller are uncertain whether she will be well enough by then.

Both Sheen and Mueller claim that they both want to reconcile and get past the incident, and hopefully they can do so once she has recovered.
