Charlize Theron Was Surprised by Cupid

When actress Charlize Theron met Stuart Townsend on the set of Trapped in 2002, the last thing she was looking for was love. Yet, she insists that fate brought the two of them together, and nothing could be done about it, WENN reports.

Theron's first impression was that Townsend simply was not the one for her. But this feeling did not last long. "At first neither of us would admit to being a couple, but fate kept conspiring to put us together," Theron recalls.

And it didn't take long for things to get serious. "We had a bottle of wine and just talked and talked," Theron says about the first few weeks of the relationship. "I stood up and said, 'Let's pack up your stuff and ship everything to LA.' We spent all night packing and that was it."

The actress seems happy to have been proven wrong. "It was just a couple of weeks into the relationship, but I knew I was falling in love."
