Cheetah Girl to Sue over Nude Photos

Cheetah Girl Adrienne Bailon plans to take legal action against the people who leaked nude photographs of her online, her rep, Jonathan Jaxson, told the Daily News.

The 25-year-old Disney star is currently dating Robert Kardashian, brother to Kim Kardashian, another victim of an online sex-scandal.

In the pictures, Bailon is posing from the waist up, wearing only a bra. The photos, intended only for boyfriend Robert Kardashian, were leaked after her laptop was stolen from JFK International Airport last week, TMZ.com reports. The laptop was returned sans photos hours later after an unidentified person demanded $1,000.

While her rep stated that the Disney star will pursue legal action, Bailon claimed she is "deeply sorry for any pain this may have caused to her fans."

The Cheetah Girls are still scheduled to perform Friday, November 14, at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Uniondale, N.Y.
