Chelsea Clinton Shops at Vera Wang for Wedding

On Saturday, Chelsea Clinton will marry investment banker Marc Mezvinsky. The ceremony will take place at sunset at the Ashton Courts estate in New York City.

There has been much speculation as to which designer Clinton will wear. However, her visit to the Vera Wang store on Tuesday may answer some of those questions. Women’s Wear Daily has been covering the impending nuptials and promptly reported the sighting.

“The former first daughter and an unidentified friend were whisked upstairs to the designer’s showroom by an awaiting staffer,” Women’s Wear Daily wrote. Clinton, who is recovering from a broken heel, walked without a cast, and secret service agents patrolled the surrounding area.

While Clinton did not comment on the situation, Vera Wang is rumored to be designing the bridesmaid and flower girl dresses. However, the Clintons have also made stops at the Oscar de la Renta 7th Avenue showroom. There has been no confirmation as to which designer Clinton herself will be wearing.
