Child Protection Removes Nazi-Named Children

Three children who were named with Nazi themes were taken away from their parents.

Last December, Heath and Deborah Campbell became famous after complaining when a supermarket in Greenwich, N.J. wouldn't inscribe their son's name on a birthday cake. Their son's name however, was Adolf Hitler.

In fact, all three of the Campbell children have Nazi themed names. Including 3-year-old Adolf Hitler Campbell, there's 1-year-old JoyceLynn Aryan Nation Campbell and 8-month-old Honszlynn Hinler Jeannie Campbell. The parents also reportedly had Nazi paraphernalia hanging around the interior of their home.

According to ABC News, the children were taken away from their parents and into protective custody by the New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services. The parents now await a hearing.

Officials remain quiet on the matter of what made them take action and physically remove the children from their parent's home. DYFS spokeswoman Kate Bernyk does remark that the DYFS "would never remove a child simply based on their name."

Neighbors of the Campbells say that there was a lot of fighting going on in the house. Though there were no marks of physical or sexual damage to any of the children, this is most likely a domestic dispute case and the children needed to be removed for the concern of their safety.
