Choosing the University of Life
For a while anyway. Mary-Kate Olsen, the once adorable baby sister on the sitcom, "Full House," but now more famous for her eating disorder and alleged drug abuse, has decided to take a break from her studies. Olsen is leaving New York University where she is currently a sophomore.
According to her publicist, Michael Pagnotta, "Mary-Kate Olsen has taken an approved leave of absence from New York University to focus on her increasing responsibilities as co-president of Dualstar Entertainment Group and to pursue personal interests." The Olsens were named co-presidents of Dualstar after turning 18.
In an interesting display of independence, twin sister Ashley has decided to remain in the collegiate world without her other half in order to pursue her education.
