Club Owner Helps Settle LiLo's Lawsuit

An NYC club king comes to Lindsay Lohan's rescue.

John Englebert, owner of posh hotspots such as Prime and Suzie Wong Saki Lounge, is offering aid to Lindsay Lohan and her recent fur frenzy. According to TMZ, Englebert thinks that Masha Markova, the 22-year-old who's suing Lohan, is a spoiled brat and full of it.

In order to help Lohan settle the lawsuit, Englebert is offering her a sum of money to pay Markova. In addition, he's also offered to take her on a shopping trip for Lohan's very own mink coat.

In a statement to Access Hollywood, a rep for Englebert said: "Lindsay has always been a fixture and a party girl in his establishments and [John] does not want her to catch a cold in this frigid start to the summer."

Englebert himself explained, "I know what it's like to have mistaken identity. Many times people take the wrong coat thinking that it's theirs at my nightclubs."

Valuing Lohan's business, everyone in the New York City club business, TMZ reported, is siding with Lohan. There's been no word whether the actress will take Englebert's offers.
