Comparing Obama to Bush?

Clinton compares Barack Obama to President Bush in a recent speech in Ohio.

According to The Wall Street Journal, presidential candidate Hillary Clinton tried to draw some comparisons between Senator Barack Obama and President George Bush at a rally in Ohio on Saturday.

Although she did not state Obama's name specifically, she did indicate that Obama was relying on his speeches and did not have a real plan for America.

Clinton told the people of Ohio that President Bush also ran a campaign about change in the 2000 presidential primaries, according to The Wall Street Journal. "People have talked a lot about change in this election. Well, we have lived through some of the worst change anyone could imagine over the last seven years," Clinton said.

"He [Bush] promised change as a compassionate conservative and the American people got shafted and we're going to have to make up for it now. So, fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me," she added.

The New York Senator will be campaigning heavily in Ohio and Texas leading up to the March. 4 primaries.
