Conflicting Reports on Jackson's Doctor's Arrest

The LA District Attorney's Office denied that Dr. Konrad Murray, the late Michael Jackson's personal physician, is facing an imminent arrest.

The LA District Attorney's Office quashed rumors that Dr. Conrad Murray, Michael Jackson's personal physician, will be arrested for manslaughter sometime in the next two weeks.

On Wednesday, FoxNews.com broke a story based on a statement by an anonymous law enforcement official saying that Murray's arrest would most likely take place the following week. The same day, however, The LA District Attorney's Office told Access Hollywood that the report was "completely false".

Murray—who posted a video on You Tube Tuesday in which he thanked his friends and supporters—is under suspicion because of his decision to administer the potent anesthetic propofol to Jackson just hours before the pop legend's death. According to the now infamous cardiologist's You Tube video, the doctor has hope that "the truth will prevail".
