Courteney Cox hasn't been on a date since divorce

David Arquette has moved on quite well after his split with Courteney Cox, but it seems the Cougar Town actress just can’t get out of her relationship slump.

The Toronto Sun reported the 47-year-old actress went on Howard Stern’s Sirius XM radio show Wednesday to discuss her dating life, or lack thereof, post divorce.

The former Friends star parted ways with her Dancing With the Stars contestant husband last October, but the reason she’s still single isn’t completely her fault.

According to Us Weekly, Cox told Stern that she hasn’t been out on a date since her divorce.

"No guy's asked me out. I'm not saying I'm not ready to have a make-out session, but it just makes me nervous," she said. "I don't like to go out in general."

But now she wants to change that attitude and dive back into the dating pool.

"I have sexual feelings, and there's ways to deal with that," she said. "It's time for me to get out there. It's not easy to meet people. They don't call me."

However, she added that she’s kissed one guy since her split, not revealing a name but saying “maybe” when asked by Stern if it was with her co-star Josh Hopkins.

And while she isn’t with Arquette anymore, she said that the two have a great relationship.

"It's definitely better than it used to be. We communicate better, we have much more respect for each other, we listen. It's hard,” she said.

He’s even pushing her to “get out there.”

"He says to me, 'Courteney, it's time, get out there.' He's comfortable with whoever that would be with."
